2. App Purpose

Make Me Birthday is designed to help you track your purchases and emotions to support mindful spending habits. It is a self-awareness and personal reflection tool and does not provide financial, psychological, or therapeutic advice.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes only

• Not misuse, copy, modify, or distribute the app or its content

• Take responsibility for the accuracy of the information you enter

4. Subscription & Payments

Some features (like unlimited logging and full insights) are available through a one-time or subscription-based Premium upgrade.

• All payments are processed securely through Apple/Google via in-app purchase.

• Make Me Birthday does not store or process payment details.

• Apple’s/Google’s refund policies apply.

5. Data & Privacy.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, store, and use data.

In short:

• Your data is stored locally on your device and in our project database.

• We use RevenueCat (to manage subscriptions).

• No personal data is shared with third parties.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Make Me Birthday is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will meet your expectations or that it will always work without interruptions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Incode Group (developer of Make Me Birthday) shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from your use or inability to use the app.
